The members of staff at the hotel are very warm and professional. They handle complaints and requests speedily and are always at hand to offer you suggestions on nearby restaurants and attractions that they think might be of interest to you.

The wireless internet connection at the hotel is very good. Those who used it were quite pleased with their browsing experience as the high speed connection was available throughout the premises, was quite easy to connect to and did not have any downtime.

A few guests found it difficult making their way to the hotel as the roads were poorly marked. The city centre is about twenty minutes away if you’re using the public transportation. The bus schedules were also thought to be confusing and inconveniencing

A number of guests found the restaurants menu to have a sparse selection. Some were of the opinion that the food’s quality was subpar and those on special diets did not feel adequately catered to.

A few of the bathrooms have faulty plumbing and the toilets do not flush well. Some guests have complained about inadequate shower partitions that lead to water spreading to other areas in the bathroom when you’re taking a shower.
