Negative Reviews
negative:
Distance from city centre
Some guests have mentioned that the hotel is not close to the main tourist hub of Milan. There is a shuttle bus which will take you to the subway station, or it's recommended that you hire a car or a moped to help you get around the city.
negative:
Limited privacy in open-plan bedrooms
Many guests have pointed out that due the the open-plan layout of the bedrooms, privacy is in short supply. Only a glass screen separates the shower from the main bedroom - guests staying with family or friends may find this uncomfortable.
negative:
Long queues for lifts
Guests have commented that there are only 3 lifts serving this hotel - which is set over 22 floors. Guests have reported long queues and waits of up to fifteen minutes for the lifts - guests who struggle to take the stairs may wish to take that into account and request a lower floor when booking this hotel.
