The hotel’s location was very convenient for those guests who wish to make the most out of their stay in Shipshewana. It is just off the main road so it is easy for guests to travel to and from the hotel. The property is also close to shopping centers and various dining establishments.

Guests were pleased upon entering their rooms! The rooms are spacious, giving them more than enough space to move around and to store their luggage. Guests also added that the rooms were kept spotlessly clean throughout their stay.

Wi-Fi access is available for free, and guests find the Internet connection to be fast and reliable. This allows them to book their tickets online, and enables them to look for information regarding the attractions in the area.

Although breakfast is offered for free in the hotel, a number of guests opted not to avail of it. This was due to the poorly prepared food, including canned fruits and poorly presented dishes and pastries. There are a number of dining establishments within walking distance, though, for those who do not wish to eat in the hotel.

While there were guests who found some of the staff to be friendly, there were also guests who thought that the staff could be a bit more approachable. Moreover, there were cases when it took a long time before guests were entertained by the front desk personnel.

All rooms are fitted with a private bathroom with shower. Guests, however, complained about the unstable and weak water pressure during their stay. This problem made it difficult for them to enjoy a nice shower after a tiring day.
