Since the hotel is located on a headland, there are no tall buildings to mar the views and guests say they felt like they were on their own private retreat on their own island. There are lovely white beaches and some shops only about three minutes' walk from the hotel.

The rooms are compact but very comfortable. Guests like the quality furnishings used throughout. They say they enjoy the coolness of the silent air conditioning units. The rooms have terrific sea views. The block facing west provides a spectacular sun set show every evening and guests say it was glorious to watch it right from their balconies.

The staff is efficient and pleasant and guests find the members informative as well. Guests appreciated the small, deep pool and say they enjoyed lounging in the pool area which has plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Breakfast wins brownie points with the guests for its huge range of choices in both sweet and savoury dishes.

Some guests say that the welcome drink provided by the hotel fails to impress them as the case should be, and they are not offered an exchange of their choice.

Many guests find the timings of the hotel unreasonable. They think that the breakfast closing at 10.30 and the pool as early as seven in the evenings inappropriate especially when guests are there mostly to spend their summer vacation.

Since parking is on the street, guests say they have difficulty in finding a space every time. Wi-Fi signal in the lobby is poor.
