The resort is surrounded by 11 acres of private grounds including a championship golf course thus providing a very peaceful and picturesque backdrop. Guests enjoyed strolling through the gardens full of fruit trees and colorful plants as well as having a few drinks in the evenings by the cozy fire-pit. The on-site spa has been described as very well presented with a pleasant and relaxing ambience. Guests who had treatments said that they enjoyed the experience and that the therapists were both friendly and professional. .

Guests were pleased to find that their rooms were larger than they had expected with patios or balconies depending on which floor they were located. The rooms were said to be equipped with all the necessary amenities whilst the bathrooms were also described as spacious with double basins and modern fixtures and fittings. .

The pool-side area was said to be quite untidy with numerous empty glasses and other refuse left by the guests. Many said that the bins and litter surrounding the pool was not cleared up by the staff in a timely manner and that the area appeared grubby and unhygienic. .

Guests who wanted to order food or drinks at the poolside bar said that the service was rather slow as many waited longer than expected to be served and to receive their orders. Staff at the bar have been described as inattentive with many guests struggling to get their attention. .

The level of housekeeping was said to be quite low with guests objecting to their rooms not being serviced regularly and that the carpets were not hovered properly. .
