Almost all of the reviews praised the modern technology of the rooms, especially the security feature of the doors which required the thumb mark of the guests. This high technology is also present inside the quarters, an example of which is that the beds have electrical plugs and USB ports for charging.

The property is most popular as a hostel nearest to Barcelona's Universitat Metro Station, which is just a minute walk away. It is also close to the inner city centre, and within walking distance to some major attractions, restaurants, and supermarkets.

Guests who experienced hanging out at the pool area had a great time! They enjoyed the sun deck with a pool as the facility was spacious and well maintained. They also loved that there weren't many guests using the pool, and that they were able to fully take advantage of the amenities.

According to many previous guests, the free Internet service on-site has room for improvement. They expressed that at times, the signal cannot reach their rooms, and if they are able to connect to the Internet, the access suddenly drops.

Guests are offered lockers wherein they can store their luggage. Aside from being not free, guests complained that the lockers are too small for their belongings. Moreover, padlocks aren't provided, and guests have to buy their own to assure the safety of their stuff.

Among the common bathroom issues reported by guests was that there were no hooks in the shower to hang their clothes, the toilets were always dirty, and that the toilet papers were always missing. Others complained that the bathrooms weren't fixed the first time they entered their rooms.
