An oasis in paradise
The hotel is a true oasis for those who want to relax. With a spa onsite and several rooms with stunning ocean views, this feels more like a resort than a chain. The decor throughout adds to the ambiance and the rooms are beautifully and comfortably decorated.

Be treated like royalty
The staff here knows how to spoil the guests. They host a weekly free wine hour and provide service everywhere, even on the beach and at the pool. The morning coffee and tea service is gourmet. The pet friendly atmosphere also pleases pet owners.
positive:
Prime real estate
The hotel is centrally located and is a short drive to well-known restaurants and bars. While the beach seems private, the hotel is just a short jump to another spa, shopping at Vinoutlet, and parks and piers.

Hold your horses
The service is very slow, particularly if there are several people waiting for attention, whether at reception, the restaurants, or even awaiting needed items from housekeeping. While the service is very personal, that kind of attention slows down efficiency.

My crown for a towel
Towels are valuable assets here and run out quickly. There often are no towels for pool users and beach-goers later in the afternoons. Also, if you request extra room towels, don't expect to be accommodated. They most likely won't be delivered and since the rooms aren't cleaned every day, make sure to hang your towel up or you'll be left to drip dry.

Pretty pennies
This hotel is quite expensive, even by Palm Beach standards. The higher room rates and pricey restaurant seem a bit too much, especially considering that those higher prices don't necessarily command ocean views. That luxury is a much higher cost.
