THP Hotel Bologna (Bologna, Italy)

The staff were found to be cordial and available for guests who needed help with transportation and information of the area. They were friendly during the check in process as well.

Guests felt the price paid for their accommodations was of good value. The prices in the city centre are expensive and to be a bit away made for a cheaper stay. The rooms were clean and the basics were met. There is also an ample parking space.

The rooms were found to be spacious for guests who stayed here. They also enjoyed that the cleaning service was frequent and did a good job. Guests enjoyed their clean rooms.

Guests felt the hotel's location was too far from the city centre and the fiera area. It was more than ten kilometres to reach there and guests needed a car to travel to and from the hotel, as public transportation is scarse. Guests would have preferred a much closer location.

The furnishings and facilities were old and worn for guests. They felt the hotel needed to renovate itself to look better as some of the facilities would not work during their stay such as air conditioning and lighting.

Although the hotel is in a peaceful location, it did not do a good job of reducing the noise coming from the hallways and other rooms. Guests could hear others watch TV and even cough. It was not a quiet experience for them.
