The rooms are classy with lush amenities and the colors used are earthy. Windows of the rooms run from floor to ceiling and the views of the pool or garden from them appear spectacular. The hotel has a large pool outdoors as well as cabanas. A sundeck and loungers to grab a few relaxing hours are present. Guests can de-stress at the spa and also work out at the gym of the hotel. The water in the pool is dirty as guests and staff members are allowed to walk into it wearing slippers. Guests are seen eating on the floating chair too.

Service is terribly slow making guests wait long hours to Check-in or get their requests met.

Breakfast is expensive. The rooms are quite distant from the elevators requiring a long walk every time.
