Others have noted that during their stay staff members were always ready to assist with bags, provide directions and have friendly conversations about their visit. Some have said they will definitely be back on their next trip to Toronto because of the positive impression everybody made.

Travellers like the clean, contemporary rooms at this hotel. Guests have noted that accommodations are spacious, modern and well maintained and have compared the experience to being comfortable at home. Plus, nice amenities such as rainfall showers enhance the experience.

Getting around Toronto is easy thanks to the hotel's convenient location near walking distance from Yonge Street, streetcar and subway stations, and Eaton Centre and Dundas Square. Restaurants and stores are also a short distance from the property.

The bathroom door design in the rooms was problematic. Apparently, the door slides similar to a barnyard-style door and it doesn't really stay shut which can be an issue for privacy.

There have been occasions where guests were concerned about the up-and-coming neighorbood and the less than desirable establishments nearby.

Although the hotel website says that it offers parking, guests have noticed that the lot is actually offsite and they had to actually walk to the hotel. This is problematic for guests who have lots of luggage and don't feel like carrying it from the car to the property.
