Practically at the front door of the hotel is a stop for a complimentary city loop bus service which guests have found a lovely convenient touch and a time-saver when it comes to getting into the city for its various sites and amenities.

If walking and nature are more up your alley, it is no more than a ten-minute walk into Brisbane’s main centre through the Roma Street Parkland, although there is also a metro station on the nearby Roma Street for even more connection to the city.

Majority of the rooms enjoy views of either the parkland or the surrounding historical Spring Hill area and the bar/restaurant boasts overlooks the parkland as well which most guests have enjoyed, many remarking it really adds to the peaceful atmosphere.

A number of guests have commented on the slightly weak lighting in the rooms which can sometimes make working a little difficult.

It is worth noting that some guests have been charged a daily fee for use of the private undercover parking lot but were not made aware of this until check out. To avoid this, confirm on your arrival if you’ll be charged for parking.

Although in one of the more quiet parts of the CBD, there still may be some noise ingress from the roads outside depending on the location of your room. To avoid this, request a high room or one facing away from the busy street(s).
