Overall, guests have rated the standard of the hotel rooms highly. The accommodation is consistently described as clean, well maintained, and nicely presented. The cleanliness of and facilities provided in the en-suite bathrooms have often proved particularly impressive.

The location of this hotel has been popular with past guests. Whether you want to indulge in a little retail therapy at Hunter Street Mall, relax on the beach, or sample one of the local eats, guests have found it all close by and within easy walking distance.

Guests have generally enjoyed the atmosphere here, describing the vibe as fun but relaxed. The staff is typically found to be pleasant and welcoming and this helps to create enjoyable surroundings. Check in and check out seem relaxed and there's great dining available on-site.

Guests tend to find at least some of the rooms here are on the noisy side. Those guests who were allocated an adjoining room found they were able to hear neighbouring guests easily. Plus, some of the rooms are arranged around the bar courtyard where music plays until late in the evening (many guests enjoyed this but it won't suit everyone).

The absence of breakfast has been a source of disappointment for guests, especially considering that there is a restaurant on-site. There are numerous dining spots nearby but some people will always prefer the convenience of having breakfast included in the rate or at the very least available on-site.

If you're just staying overnight and are leaving early, free street parking is likely to be available.  A lengthier stay will mean that you have to start paying to park. Plus, guests have encountered issues when getting luggage from their car to the hotel and vice versa.
