Handy for local sights and top shopping
Nestled in the heart of Sabah's state capital, this property offered great access to an impressive range of local attractions. In addition to being close to Warisan Square and the local Filipino Market, its proximity to a number of shopping malls - including Imago and Oceanus - was perhaps its biggest perk.
positive:

The overall standard of comfort here was found to be consistently solid, with most happy with the quality of their stays at this city centre property. The room interiors were praised for being decidedly spacious.

Waterfront views and welcoming staff
The views from this hotel have won this property many accolades and judging by the comments of guests, many rooms do indeed offer gorgeous views of the South China Sea and Likas Bay. Finally, this hotel's staff are incredibly warm and friendly, with the vast majority of guests tickled to find themselves heartily greeted upon arrival.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Oddly uninspiring property
They couldn't exactly describe it, but for many, there was a decidedly lacklustre, almost shabby air about this hotel. This ambience marred the overall guest experience here.
negative:
Breakfast could be improved
Improvements are needed with regards to the quality of this property's breakfast offerings. Many commented that the tropical fruit selection, in particular, was found to be poor.
negative:
Weak Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi was another point of contention here. Many had trouble gaining access to the network from within their units. This was an on-going source of frustration for guests.
