Helpful, enthusiastic and fun, these staff will chat with anyone anytime (especially the bar staff, who are known for their friendly banter.) They're efficient hard workers, but won't be ever too hurried to help you out with directions or suggestions on sights in the area. Very pleasant folks with impeccable manners, definitely willing to go the extra mile.
Clean, superbly designed rooms are kept to a very high standard. Spacious and inviting with lovely furnishings and large beds. Bathrooms are spotless with optimal amenities.
