The rooms have been described as looking rather dated with guests stating that the furniture was in a state of disrepair and that the upholstery was worn and tatty-looking. Many also objected to moldy grouting in the bathrooms and broken tiles.

Some guests mentioned that their rooms were not cleaned properly as they noticed dust in the corners and dirty carpets. The toiletries were also not replenished regularly according to some.
