This place is ideal for a stopover as it’s just a short drive from the airport. The best thing though is that they pick you up for free. It’s also close to the casino and a huge mall with many shops, boutiques, and restaurants.
From personal birthday messages from the manager to sorting out late night transportation, there is nothing that the staff at this hotel won’t do to make you feel at home. They excel in this department, and you’ll feel welcome from the moment you get in the airport shuttle or walk through the door.
The rooms are updated and in excellent condition. They are extremely comfortable and well equipped with a great coffee maker and huge TV. Guests are very impressed by the spaciousness of the rooms and how clean they are on arrival.
There seems to be an issue with certain staff members not really knowing how to deal with problems or even straightforward procedures. This is frustrating for some guests as they are super friendly but take too long to get some things done. Perhaps more training before being allowed to deal with guests alone would be better.
