There have been complaints regarding the rooms at the hotel to be unclean and smelly featuring dirty linens. They were extremely suffocating due to the absence of any window/fresh air causing lot of discomfort to the guests. Moreover, the rooms were very noisy as the guests could constantly hear the disturbing noise from the street which hampered their sleep.

The staff at the hotel has been found to be very rude and unhelpful. Most of the staff members were unfriendly and inattentive to the needs of the guests. The disinterest showed by the staff towards their duties left the guests highly disappointed and annoyed.

The bathrooms were the worst part of the hotel as they were filthy featuring dirty floor and awful odour. Furthermore, the toilet flush did not work, the hangers were broken and even the bathroom door did not close properly. According to the guests, stay at this hotel was a horrible experience for them.
