Negative Reviews
negative:
Unfriendly bar staff
Some of the guests experienced being glared at by the bar staff when they ordered a drink, while some experienced an awful slow service. If you drink here and have serious problem with the bar staff, do not hesitate in reporting them to the management.
negative:
Minor noise problems
When you request for a room, make sure to book one that is the farthest from the road, since some of the guests reported that they were disturbed by the cars passing by the M6. Some were also disturbed by the noise created by the guests in nearby rooms.
negative:
Receptionists are quite cold
Do not be surprised if, upon entering the establishment, you were received by an unfriendly reception staff. Many of the guests were disappointed after the lousy welcome and attitude at the front desk. Checking-in is fast and easy, but expect no smiles from these staff.
