This hotel is conveniently located to downtown Ogunquit and guests can walk to practically all attractions, including many eateries and shops. Guests can also easily walk to the beach and marina and the many recreational and cultural attractions located close to shore.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and decorated in a manner that seems more like a vacation home rather than an impersonal hotel. The inside seating areas and private outside areas with loungers and chairs gives guests traveling with families ample space to relax and unwind.

Little features, like the covered parking and ample breakfast, plus the exceptional customer service which focuses on giving personal attendance to each concern inspires many returning guests who are loyal to this hotel. Also, the hotel is constantly making improvements and upgrades based on customer feedback.

The hotel is not brand new and shows some signs of being outdated. The pool has stains on the bottom and some features of the room are of lower quality and do not match the higher rate charged.

The hotel can have more expensive rates on the weekends and in season, and many guests expect luxury amenities to match the luxury rate.
