Waking up and getting started
This hotel will get you up to a great start. The beds and mattresses are so comfortable that guests inquire as to the brand name. Also, the free hot breakfast is better than an average chain with pancakes and fresh fruit offered in addition to eggs, breakfast meats, oatmeal, and cereals.
positive:
More like an apartment
This residential resort operates more like an apartment than a hotel. Guests can stay up to a year, with all utilities included with free parking. All suite units have private entrances, fireplaces, and a dining area with table and chairs.
positive:
Reaching out
The staff here is focused on customer service. They are friendly and helpful and seek to provide all that guests need. The staff reaches out to guests rather than just sitting at the desk waiting for complaints and problems to arise.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Closes up for the weekends
The hotel operates much like an apartment complex rather than hotel. The reception desk isn't staffed at night and there is no breakfast on Sundays. The cleaning service isn't daily, but weekly and no service at all is provided on the weekends. If guests run out of towels or toilet paper, they'll have to solve the problem themselves.
negative:
Hotel amenities but not a hotel
While there is a swimming pool and fitness center, this place lacks other amenities for guest convenience. There is no ice machine or elevators, which is a problem with guests staying on higher floors who have to carry their own luggage. The Internet is very slow and might cause issues for guests who work from the unit.
negative:
You'll know our neighbors
Many of the guest staying here actually live here. This hotel is part of a converted apartment complex. Not all rooms have been remodeled and some guests find themselves staying in older apartments with outdated decor and not the modern features they had looked forward to because of Internet pictures.
