The Central Private Hotel by Naumi Hotels (Queenstown, New Zealand)

Located within a minute's walk of the beach of Lake Wakatipu, this hotel is highly appreciated for its location and everything there is to visit in the area. Guests can get to the city centre by foot in less than five minutes. Still, they can get to the Underwater World, the Queenstown Gardens, or the Skyline Gondola within 15 minutes or so.

Most guests have had words of praise only for the staff here: Friendly, accommodating, calling you by name, introducing you to all the local facilities and things to try in the nearby, these staff are sure to make your stay a memorable one.

Despite the proximity of the city centre, the hotel sits in a rather quiet location. The rooms are large, well equipped, and soundproofed. You have access to coffee/tea making facilities, too. Some of the rooms boast this gorgeous view over the mountains, an experience that should be thrilling.

The accommodation options in this hotel do not really match up to the level of a luxury hotel - as advertised. While some rooms are large and clean, the furnishings are quite basic and rather sparse, sometimes exhibiting a bit of an old feel.

Even though guests have been pleased with the breakfast here, they have experienced delayed servings; but the service seems to be a bit slow. Also according to the guests, breakfast is a bit pricey, even though it's tasty.

The private onsite parking space is available for free, without prior reservation. But it is somewhat small and difficult to navigate. Depending on how crowded the hotel may be, you might have to park in the streets.
