The rooms on one side of the hotel are closer to the railway line and guests find the noise extremely disturbing through the nights. Other guests also complain of noise from neighbouring rooms as the walls are thin and do not keep away the loud TV noises or the loud arguments and talk.

The hotel has no accessibility features and guests with mobility issues find the stay difficult. The disabled parking is too far from the entrance. There is no shower mat or grab handle in the bathroom.
