Many guests find the rooms of the hotel gorgeous and spacious. They are cleaned every day and guests like that the bed linen are changed and fresh towels provided daily. The balconies offer excellent sea view and guests say that they love waking up to the beautiful bay view every morning. Kitchens are well equipped.

The staff both at the reception and grounds is found friendly by guests. Guests are greeted with a drink with which they can relax until their rooms are ready. Breakfast is quite good both in terms of choice and taste with high quality locally available Greek products used.

The beaches near to the hotel are not found as attractive as advertised. Guests say that there is a lot of litter around the coastal walks. The beach area is cramped with parasols that overlap each other providing no place to sit.

Many guests say that the standard of the rooms is poor with dated and dark furniture. Some guests find the beds hard. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and guests say that it is stuck at one temperature.

The loungers by the pool are dirty and the sun beds are thin say guests. The covers are filthy from sunscreens and oils and definitely need replacing. Fitness room is in the basement and guests say it is kept locked most of the time.
