Negative Reviews
negative:
Location not ideal
If you're in town to get the true Las Vegas experience with all the gambling and entertainment that can be found along the Strip, guests noted that this hotel would be too far away. While there is a shuttle service that runs to the Tropicana and the Mirage where you can have some fun at the slot machines, guests found the hourly service to be too much of a hassle and stated you'd be better off renting a car, especially on the weekends when the service stops at midnight.
negative:
Some housekeeping complaints
A few guests noted that the rooms weren't spotless, the carpets emitted an unpleasant odor and some leftover trash was found underneath the furniture.
negative:
Limited Wi-Fi
Several guests pointed out that the rooms didn't have Wi-Fi, as that could only be accessed in the lobby. Fortunately the hotel is in the process of adding in-room Wi-Fi access to its amenities.
