SureStay Hotel by Best Western Bowling Green North (Bowling Green, USA)

Situated just off the highway it’s very easy to find and quick to get back on your way at the end of your trip. The Corvette museum is located just across the road and is worth a visit for anyone interested in cars or industry. There is a restaurant next door and a variety of chain eateries across the road.

Staff at the hotel are warm and friendly and take pride in their jobs. The customer service is excellent and it feels like they go out of their way to help you.

Housekeeping staff go above and beyond in keeping the hotel clean, both in the guestrooms and the public areas. The bed linens feel like good quality and the beds are comfortable. Guests have appreciated the facilities in their room, for example television, fridge and coffee maker. Much of the property has recently been refurbished and therefore many of the rooms are in good condition.

Guests who have been expecting a hearty breakfast have been left very disappointed. The selection is meagre at best and whatever is for breakfast frequently runs out. Most guests have ended up purchasing breakfast at one of the nearby eateries.

Guests have experienced different levels of value staying at this property. If they have booked a good price they have been satisfied with their experience, but others have paid more and felt it was not worth it.

One small issue that has been commented on frequently are the towels in the hotel with guests referring to them as tiny and in need of replacement.
