Sure Hotel by Best Western Arena (Gothenburg, Sweden)

Situated just a couple of minutes away from the centre, the hotel is in the right location and the sightseeing is not too bad either. The Gothenburg Central is not far and the hotel is a short walk from the train station in a laid-back area. If you can, try to get the room on the top floor with the balcony and check-out the wonderful views.

The buffet breakfast is decent. You receive buns, bread, juice, coffee, eggs, bacon, and sweets and coffee throughout the day. They have a variety of different coffees that you can taste that are quite interesting.

There is a convenience store nearby where you can grab a few snacks and beverages while you are out and about in the area.

The shower does not have a closure, it's more like a tent. This means that each time you shower, the bathroom becomes flooded. It's really frustrating and needs to be rectified ASAP. What's more, the bathroom floor tiles are slippery.

The front and back part of the building needs to be tidied up.

The curtains in the room are not black-out curtains, so when the sun shines, you are going to get it full blast. You may experience trouble with the Wi-Fi as it has a tendency to log you out. In some ways, the facility is more similar to a hostel than a hotel. The facility is family managed; however, they appear to need a bit more experience in order to get things running a bit more smoothly.
