Positive Reviews
positive:
Unique accommodations.
Guests noted that the Tree Top suites and guestrooms are definitely not your everyday hotel room, as they are seamlessly integrated into the middle of the property's tropical gardens. They are decorated in a way that accentuates the natural surroundings with wood ceilings, fans, dark-wood flooring and Balinese décor.
positive:
Quiet environment near the beach
While entertainment is being provided at the pool area, it ends at 10 pm, so you can still enjoy a good night's sleep, and guests noted that the beach was less than eight minutes of walking from the property.
positive:
Friendly welcome to the resort
Guests pointed out that when they first stepped off the bus, they were welcomed with a smile, a cold towel to refresh and a delicious fresh fruit punch and the staff helped unload their luggage.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Not the best value for your money
While the resort is all-inclusive, guests noted that it didn't provide as much comfort and as many amenities as they would have expected. They stated that the rooms are relatively small, there is no reliable Wi-Fi and they sometimes did not have hot water available to shower with.
negative:
Not the most professional staff.
Some guests found the staff to be aloof, inefficient and anything but proactive or helpful. Several female guests reported feeling uneasy due to the attention of some male employees, which they concluded was not professional. They also reported that service at the bar and restaurants was quite slow even when hardly any guests were waiting to be served.
negative:
Dining options not perfect
Guests found that the buffet lacked variety, and they pointed out that securing a table at one of the a-la-carte restaurants wasn't ideal, since you have to do so early in the morning when you might rather sleep in.
