Friendly and Attentive Staff.
From the time guests check in to the time they check out, the staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. They are always around, are happy to help out with anything guests need and they are proactive in making sure guests are enjoying their time at Stone House.

Guests reported that the guest rooms are tidy and tastefully-decorated with comfortable beds and furnishings. Also reported was Wi-Fi that always works, plenty of hot water, lots of extra toiletries, luxurious showers and soundproof walls.

The breakfast served each morning is plentiful and guests reported that they could have as much as they wanted. The food is delicious, fresh, healthy, well-prepared and of high-quality and the service is fast and friendly.

There is a lot of Noise in and Around the Hotel.
Guests reported a lot of noise around the hotel coming from several sources including dripping water due to faulty taps, drunken guests talking loudly and listening to loud music and conversations and footsteps from the corridor and nearby rooms due to a lack of soundproofing.

Unfriendly and Unhelpful Staff.
Some guests reported receiving a cold welcome to Stone House from unfriendly staff who didn't acknowledge them during their entire stay. Also reported was staff members who dress unprofessionally, staff who are abrupt with guests and staff who just simply don't seem to care about guests' needs.

Rooms are Uncomfortable and Unkempt.
Guests reported that the rooms get uncomfortably hot and there is a lot of dust around the rooms. Also reported was uncomfortable beds, dated decor, Wi-Fi that doesn't work, a damp smell, torn furniture, a lack of air conditioning and faulty shower heads.
