Kitted out for kids
This all-inclusive luxury resort seemed to be particularly well-equipped for kids. Not only did this complex boast a good-sized kiddie pool, but parents were also very pleased to find a great entertainment programme in place for their young ones. The mini-disco was a real hit and the efforts of the kid's club team here were also much appreciated.
positive:
Good nightly entertainment options
Not only does this property score high with children's entertainment options, but it fares pretty well with grown-up guests too. In addition to multiple on-site bars, guests also loved the live nightly performances.

Solid food and nice pools
Overall, the eating options here were good and many found the quality of the food to be solid. Guests adhering to special diets - namely vegetarians and those with allergies - noted that staff were especially solicitous of their needs. This was very much appreciated. Additionally, this complex is very highly commended for its sparkling pools and abundance of sun umbrellas and loungers.

Perks not included
A number of guests felt that a couple of amenities were lacking here. Some were unhappy to find that in-room Wi-Fi and gym access were not part of the all-inclusive fee. Others were disappointed that certain drinks weren't included and finally many noted the lack of a kettle and tea and coffee facilities in their rooms.
negative:
Basic rooms
Finally, despite this being a luxury resort, many commented that the rooms here were very plain, bordering on basic.
