All staff members are friendly and inviting. Guests noted how each staff member professionally deals with issues that come up. Furthermore, they are quick to move, and the services that they provide are always top of the line.

Take note that this is an extended stay hotel, and there are guests who are practically "living" here. The problem with them is that they act too comfortable - speaking loudly, running on hallways, banging on doors - and this makes other guests uncomfortable. Remember that you paid a price to have a decent accommodation, and you can always tell the management to take an action on this particular issue.

Some rooms have walls that are thin you could hear doors opening and closing on the hallway and toilets flushing in nearby rooms. Upon booking, ask for a room where there's less neighbor and where it's actually peaceful and quiet.

Some of the beds are lumpy, squeaky and uncomfortable. In addition, some of the sheets and blankets are thin, shabby, and gray looking from too many washings.
