Guests are generally very pleased with the overall look of the hotel, from the well kept grounds with a small but sparkling clean pool through to the spacious dining area and lobby. The guest rooms are widely described as very clean and modern, with thoughtful details: guests particularly like the well stocked kitchen cupboards and empty basket in the closet for use at the (free!) laundry room. Many describe the beds as very comfortable, too.

Hungry guests rave about the variety of food and drink on offer at the complimentary breakfast buffet, noting there are three kinds of coffee and a soda fountain available. The evening receptions are also much appreciated, and the staff earn many positive reviews for their friendly, helpful, and professional service.

Travellers generally like the hotel's suburban location right off of I-40 and I-75, often commenting that the Turkey Creek shopping complex right next door has a restaurant for just about every taste, from fast food to fine dining, and a very big movie theatre as well as a wide range of stores.

Light sleepers in rooms facing the highway have been disturbed by traffic noise, and note rooms facing the parking lot are quieter.

A few guests have had trouble finding the hotel despite its proximity to the highway exit, noting the roadways are not particularly well marked.

Families advise their fellow travellers that the sofa bed in the living area is a twin size, which may not work out so well depending on the number and ages of children sharing the space.
