Stark Boutique Hotel and Spa (Kuta, Indonesia)

Every morning guests are greeted with the well prepared, fresh and sumptuous breakfast. Guests have the luxury to sample and experience the amazing breakfast that’s well prepared and of high quality.

With the beach being a few meters away, beach lovers will find this hotel perfect. The surrounding area is safe and there are plenty of shops and restaurants if you want to eat out. The airport is conveniently located as it’s just a few minutes’ drive away.

Guests were happy with how they were treated. The hotel's customer service was spot on. Any concerns that guests may have are handled and solved well by the ever dedicated and focused staff. They are caring and always ready to assist.

The air conditioning units were thought to be malfunctioning and not performing as well. At times the room temperature was unbearable despite the air conditioner being on.

The hotel's Wi-Fi signal wasn’t stable throughout. Guests have expressed their exasperation at being inconvenienced as the Wi-Fi kept cutting out during their browsing sessions.

Guests felt that a few bathrooms were not up to the hotel’s cleanliness standards.  Others complained about the flickering lights in some rooms. A few toilets were in a bad state and needed replacing.
