Starhotels Terminus (Naples, Italy)

This hotel provides such a great location for those guests who arrive here by air or some other means of transport. You will find not only the bus stop right outside the front door, but the train station, the metro line, and the taxi stop are all within a two-minute walk.

The morning breakfast will leave some really great memories according to several guests. You will find an array of excellent dishes presented, from a good choice of eggs, ham, cheeses, fruit, yoghurts, breads and pastries. To top it off, the coffee is full of flavour too.

The newly renovated rooms as well as the building have impressed quite a number of travellers. The calm interiors with beige and white decor throughout offer a quiet vibe, which is great because of the really busy streets just outside.

Several guests were incredibly upset once they arrived at this hotel which was booked and paid for in advance. They were told that the hotel was overbooked, and they would be put up in an alternative hotel at the same price. Visitors said they would have like this information to be shared before arrival.

According to many guests, the front desk staff were a little cold in attitude, and you may just get the impression that you are a bit of a nuisance. Guests did not feel very welcome upon arrival, and were uneasy during the majority of their stay.

Most visitors said they didn't feel safe walking around after dark. The noise level from inside the rooms was also a bit more than they would have expected. The streets are incredibly busy, and the traffic sounds will be enough to disturb your sleep.
