positive:
Accommodations are very clean and tidy
It is fair to say that, what the accommodations here may lack in size or sophistication, they more than make up for in terms of cleanliness. Indeed, very few travellers had a bad word to say about the overall state of the guest rooms.
positive:

Negative Reviews
negative:
Receptionists are short on smiles
It has been pointed out that the team working at reception aren't, generally speaking, very friendly at all. In fact, a significant number of disgruntled visitors described the service they received as cold, abrupt and — in some cases — downright rude.
negative:
Hotel isn't in Namba
A great many guests were very disappointed to discover the lively Namba district (after which the hotel is named) is actually a good 20-25 minutes' walk away. Happily, it is only one stop along on the Sen-Nichimae metro line.
negative:
Guest rooms are small and bathrooms are tiny
Numerous guests have noted, with more than a hint of dismay, that the accommodations here are unfeasibly small. The bathrooms are even tinier — some visitors equated them to airplane toilets.
