Guests like the vibrant area in which the hotel is located. There are lots of nice cafes, restaurants and shops around about. You are also just a short walk from the old town and have a metro station close by.

If you like socialising and meeting people from all over the world, you will probably appreciate the vibe of this place. The staff set things off in the right direction with their warm and friendly attitude, whilst the communal areas give you the opportunity to chat to others. According to the guests, the heartbeat of the establishment is the shared kitchen where the free tea, coffee and pasta really goes down a treat.

Guests find the place cosier than they might have imagined. The beds are very comfortable and the individual rooms are decorated in an original and funky way.

Guests are often surprised to find themselves shut away in a dark room in a basement with no window or natural light. Even those who knew what they had in store, find the lack of daylight and ventilation disturbing. The rooms can often feel stuffy as a consequence.

Guests are often amazed that bed-sheets don't come as standard and that you have to rent them out! It is pretty much essential that you have sheets on your bed so why is it not included in the price?

There is no 24-hour front desk at this hotel. Indeed, it appears to be unsupervised at all after 8pm when the reception closes for the night. Unfortunately, this also means that the communal area also closes, and guests are forced to congregate in the kitchen, which can get very crowded.
