Guests are reserved poolside sunbeds by a fresh towel placed on them each day by very attentive staff members. Food and drink can be served poolside, without one ever having to get up.

Guests need to be aware that when they make a tour booking, it is not done through the hotel, and done through the touring company, a third party agency, so any additional charges are not from the hotel, but from the touring company.

Summers in Morocco are hot, so air-conditioning is placed in each room. Guests need to understand that the air-conditioning has a safety setting on it to avoid a malfunction, so the temperature cannot be set to lower than 17°C, otherwise ice builds up on the vent, which causes leaking when it melts, which damages the internal structure.

Guests are supplied with a vast array of lovely complimentary toiletries, excluding a toothbrush and toothpaste. Although, to be fair, who doesn’t travel without their own toothbrush, and demands each hotel to supply them with one? Guests are able to purchase any required items in town, through staff recommendations.
