Negative Reviews
negative:
Pricey for parking
Though it has parking facilities, many found spaces to be in short supply. Those who did manage to park were unhappy at the associated fees they incurred during their stay.
negative:
In need of refurbishment
Both externally and internally, the appearance of this hotel leaves a lot to be desired according to guests. Worn and tired, many likened it to a cheap motel. Quite a few visitors also commented on musty smells and odors in rooms, with some reporting stained carpets. Some guests also had problems with showers and water pressure. Weak Wi-Fi was also mentioned by some guests as a problem.
negative:
Great staff overall, poor first impressions
The staff here seem to be incredibly friendly and helpful - with the exception of those manning the reception desk apparently. Some visitors reported gruff welcomes which, very unfortunately, seem to have marred their entire stay here.
