Guests rated the Silom Serene Bangkok's location as excellent. It is very close to the metro station, and is within a walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The Patpong Night Market can be reached in five minutes by foot, where you can have fun buying affordable things.

The rooms have effective soundproofing, as guests mentioned that they did not hear noise from the street even if it gets busy due to the traffic. The walls are also thick because guests are not able to hear noise from the corridors.

Plenty of guests praised the restaurant because the buffets have wide selections, while the items taste great and have the right temperature. There are also different dishes served each day, guaranteeing a wonderful dining experience!

The most common complaint of guests is the old amenities in the bathrooms, as the showers are rusty and mouldy, while the drains work slowly. However, guests also added that the bathrooms are spotlessly clean and the water supply is stable.

The hotel has non-smoking rooms but some of the guests who stayed at these rooms said that they stink like cigarettes. If you encounter this odour during your stay, you can contact the staff and they will send a housekeeper to put up deodorisers.

Most employees are kind and efficiently attend to the guests' needs, but some of the receptionists do not smile and look a bit mad when requested to do something. You are free to report those unfriendly staffs to the manager though, so they can be reprimanded.
