Rooms are very spacious and well-proportioned with plenty to choose from at Side Prenses Resort Hotel & Spa. Cleaning staff are diligent in ensuring that all spaces are kept spotlessly clean, including en-suite facilities which are also modern and spacious.

The hotel resort and spa offers fantastic all-round features from a professionally-run and very modern spa facility, with clean and well-maintained sauna and beauty therapy rooms, to swimming pools that are equally clean and very well-maintained.

Hotel staff are very professional and friendly, despite many not being able to communicate in English. Service is nonetheless still very good throughout, with great bar staff and entertainment personnel always on had to provide entertainment for the whole family.

The only free Wi-Fi available at the resort is the 24-hour service in the hotel lobby. Rooms do not include a free Wi-Fi service, there is W-Fi available but it is charged for at an hourly rate. Room safes are also not free and are also charged for in a similar manner.

While the hotel resort does endeavour to include as many nationalities and languages as possible, the predominant spoken language at the hotel is German which some may find to be too much of a barrier.

Rooms and suites at Side Prenses Resort Hotel & Spa do not all include great views of the Mediterranean or mountains as some also face the busy road leading to the resort. While these accommodation options may be somewhat cheaper, if a view is important, ensure that the booking matches expectations.
