English-speaking staffs render outstanding service
Unlike in many hotels in Japan, the staffs here can speak English well so guests did not have problems in relaying their concerns. Aside from being friendly and respectful, the employees show their care by personally asking how guests are doing and if there's anything they can do to make their stay better.
positive:
Conveniently located in Shibuya district

positive:
Rooms offer panoramic views of the city!
Guests enjoyed seeing the spectacular views from their well-appointed rooms, as the nearby buildings are tall and have great structures. Furthermore, guests also added that during the night, the views are even more spectacular because of the astonishing and flickering lights.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Room service is expensive and inconsistent
According to guests, the room service offered by the hotel is a ‘hit and miss' because they have to wait for a long time for their orders to arrive. The menu is also limited and has a high rate. There are vending machines on-site, though, where you can buy snacks and drinks with more affordable rates.
negative:
Bathrooms are small
The bathrooms are not that big, as noted by guests. The water supply, however, was stable and the toiletries were more than enough so guests were still able to have a refreshing bath.
negative:
Floors are not vacuumed well
Guests are a bit bothered because the carpets are damp and dusty. The dust can stick to your feet so you are highly advised to wear slippers all the time. In addition, the housekeepers are willing to clean the rooms again upon guests' notification.
