Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort (Denarau Island, Fiji)

Nearly every guest who stayed here reported that the employees are outstanding and display exemplary customer service. Every staff member they encountered was friendly and personable, and happy to accommodate any special requests.

Guests have a choice of a room facing the resort's beautifully landscaped gardens or the beach. Reviews frequently mentioned how stunning the views are, and how much they loved sitting out of their room's private balcony or patio and taking in the gorgeous tropical scenery.

The vast majority of guests who stayed here were quiet happy with the accommodations. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and meticulously clean, and have luxurious amenities like rainforest shower heads and designer bath products. It was easy for guests to relax here.

Some guests had the misfortune of staying when the resort was close to capacity, and found it to be a bit overcrowded. In particular, crowds were thick and the competition for chairs was fierce during breakfast and around the pool. Several guests were unhappy with the number of children running around.

Sheraton Fiji Resort does not have a fitness center or spa. Instead, guests are told they can use the facilities at their nearby sister property. Many guests found this to be unacceptable, and felt that it was remiss for a 5-star resort with top dollar room rates to not have such a common amenity.

Many guests were appalled by the prices of the food served at Sheraton Fiji Resort's three restaurants as well as the prices at their sister properties' restaurants guests have access too. Most guests agreed that the food was good, but that it should have been priced much lower.
