Negative Reviews
negative:
It could use a little polishing
Guests couldn't help but noticed that the resort looks worn down here and there. Many guest reviews mentioned that their room needed a fresh coat of paint, and several more noted that the carpets in their rooms had begun to fray along the edges.
negative:
The rooms are rather small
Some guests felt that for the rate they paid the suites should have been larger, and claimed other hotels have larger rooms at the same price point. This was a particularly prominent complaint from guests who travelled with large families.
negative:
It could use a few more amenities and luxuries
While they generally enjoyed their experience, some guests felt it just didn't live up to the standards they expect from a resort. With the word "resort" right in the name, they had expected the furnishings and decor to be more luxurious, and expected there to be more resort amenities to enjoy.
