At the foot of the historical centre, you will be overwhelmed by all the things to do and discover beyond the hotel walls. The close proximity to the Narbonne beach and the local market, gives the feeling of slow living. Previous guests reported that the location made everything within walking distance.

From comfortable beds to a fully equipped kitchenette, guests have reported the convenience that comes with the surplus of apartment amenities. Some were delighted in the view of rich historic panoramas out the apartment windows.

The Narbonne aparthotel is a stone's throw away from the train station and the tram. Catering for bicycle parking, the hotel accommodates cyclists so bring your bicycle and know it will be taken care of.

Obscure reception hours inconvenient for guests.
Many guests were left feeling a little alone being met with a vacant reception desk due to haphazard reception times. In light of this, guests exposed the lack of attentiveness from staff.

Many guests have reported old-fashioned furnishings, outdated carpets and dull decor. The bad taste in decoration was not all, exposes guests, but the furniture sizes did not fit the scale of the room, leaving many empty areas resulting in a space that feels disconnected. Otherwise, you will be satisfied with the general cleanliness of the rooms.

According to previous guests, the Wi-Fi speed was very slow. Guests expected Wi-Fi in the to be of better quality throughout the facility as it is charged as extra. However, this was not the case and it was a big struggle for guests to stay connected.
