Guests who booked the Yays Concierged Apartments in Oostenburgergracht say that their stay was great at the aparthotel. The place is a 15-minute walk to the centre of Amsterdam. By using the frequently run bus service they could reach in just about three minutes. Many guests say that the place is perfect for couples or a friends' trip to act as a base while visiting Amsterdam.

Guests find the staff very friendly. The members are ready to help with suggestions and highlight the tourist sites of interest on the map for guests to plan the day's tour.

The design of the aparthotel is excellent and guests say that especially about units like the loft apartment. They have ample room and provide privacy for both parents and their children. The rooms with the canal views are a favourite as guests feel they can watch the city pass by from their window.

Some guests found the air conditioning in the rooms not working, which was not much of an issue in cool weather but uncomfortable in warmer temperatures. As an alternative a fan is supplied. But the sound of the fan is noisy and with the street sounds added to it guests say they are deprived of a good night's sleep.

Fan in some bathrooms did not work and guests say it ended up steaming their bathroom. There is no shower cabin or curtain and hence water gets splashed outside the shower area leaving the place wet.

Guests say parking is an issue with a stay in the aparthotel as it is far away and expensive. They also say they would have liked if coffee or tea was supplied by the management.
