Serviced apartment XQ Vistamar (Puerto Rico, Spain)

Guests loved the location of the hotel close to restaurants, spas, a shopping centre and public transport. Taxis are always available outside the apartments. The hotel is also close to three beaches, which is an added bonus. Guests loved the clean, clear pool surrounded by palm trees and adequate sun beds under lovely parasols. They had a relaxing time at the pool bar. They also had a good time at the beach.

Guests were satisfied with the clean and airy rooms with lots of storage space and good views. They felt relaxed in the furnished balcony after a long day at the beach. They also liked the modern bathrooms. The ground floor occupants got direct entry to the pool.

Guests spoke highly of the pleasant and helpful staff who dealt with all the complaints with a professional attitude. They praised the polite housekeeping staff who did their duty with dedication. They were also full praise for the efficient bartender.

Guests complained that though this is a self-catering facility, they had to pay a high rent for hiring a kettle or a toaster.

Guests found the front rooms to be noisy with early morning sound from dump trucks. The rooms are not air conditioned, which meant they had to sleep with open windows and hence experienced disturbed sleep. Guests felt the Wi-Fi charges were high and signals were weak.

Guests observed that there was no front desk staff at night. Hence Check-in during late nights was unnecessarily delayed and inconvenienced the weary guests. Guests also noted that there were no security guards at the hotel.
