Serviced apartment TH Aravaca (Madrid, Spain)

The rooms and apartments were found to be spacious and comfortable. The fittings were modern and the apartments had washing machines available. The furnishings were comfortable and there are kitchens to use, and living/dining areas.

The apartment hotel provides for free parking which was convenient for guests travelling by car. They did not have to worry about finding or paying for parking space.

Guests felt the rooms and apartments were clean and tidy during their stay. They enjoyed the calm and peace of the area even though it is close to roads. The calm atmosphere was a nice thing for guests.

Guests were disappointed that the reception area was not available after the morning hours. This was inconvenient as they had to call ahead of time to get the keys to the accommodation. There is also nobody available to answer questions.

Guests felt the kitchen was lacking utensils for them to use. They felt the kitchen should have all the utensils they would need for a comfortable stay. The lack of utensils to use made it uncomfortable to cook their own meals and prepare what they wanted.

The apartment hotel is not ideal for guests without a mode of transportation. It is too far from the city centre and there is not much around the area in terms of eateries and bars. These are close by vehicle transportation. It is far from the city and from the airport.
