Members of staff at the hotel are very competent and offer excellent services to guests. Their hospitable nature creates a warm and friendly environment.  Above all, they are always willing to help and frequently exceed guests’ expectations.

Situated at the heart of the business district, guests thought they got good value for their money as everything you need is within a reasonable distance. With easy access to bus stops and train stations, the hotel is very convenient for travellers.

The condition of the rooms was pleasing to guests. All the rooms were clean, spacious and carefully decorated. The interior design perfectly blends with the theme of the hotel. You can also enjoy the beautiful views of the city in the comfort of your room.

Guests were disappointed that there was no air conditioning in the rooms. Depending on the season, the rooms can be quite uncomfortable as the temperatures get pretty high. At times, opening the windows was really not an option.

A number of guests were unhappy to find that their rooms had nowhere for them to prepare a cup of tea or coffee. They thought this was odd and felt that such facilities should be included in every room.

Quite a number of guests were frustrated with the Wi-Fi reception. Most stated that the signal was weak in rooms and kept dropping. Others weren’t too pleased to find out that to get a better signal they had to keep moving with their devices.
