    Several guests have complained about room upkeep and limited amenities offered. There have been complaints of spiderwebs, dirty carpets and sofas, broken furniture, thin and lacking pillows on the beds and rooms being in need of repair. When it comes to housekeeping, a request must be made in order for rooms to be cleaned.
