Serviced apartment Regal Port Douglas (Port Douglas, Australia)

The apartments are extremely well maintained, and guests felt right at home from the moment they arrived. There are no cleanliness issues at all and the furniture and appliances are in perfect condition.

This is the best location in Port Douglas as you can literally walk to anywhere of interest. The beach is just a short stroll away while there are lots of places to eat. You can even visit the Sunday Market which is just down the street.

Guests are very impressed by the fact that you get a Jacuzzi on the balcony in some of the rooms. This is a great addition to the hotel and makes you feel like you're staying in a luxury property. You can relax there all afternoon and enjoy the views from the tub.

The staff are not overly helpful at this place where guests have had to ask for help several times before anything was done. It's not ideal, and many guests claimed that the staff were quite close to being rude and made them uncomfortable.

So far, there has been no further negative opinion expressed about this hotel.
