Prague Central Exclusive Apartments (Prague, Czech Republic)

The location here was the big draw and guests found that these apartments were indeed ideally situated for making the most of Prague. Visitors found that they were very well-situated for exploring the city's Old Town, Jewish Quarter and of course, the famous Charles Bridge. Additionally, there were a number of shopping and eating options nearby, which meant that the need for taxis was absolutely minimal.

By all accounts, these apartments are furnished to a very high spec. Kitchens are well-stocked and clean, with all you need to self-cater in Prague. Many were also gratified to note that these apartments were on the spacious side, a great asset to those travelling as part of a larger group.

Sticking with the group theme, those in larger parties were also happy to note that individual accommodations weren't lacking in the bathroom department. Some configurations boasted more than one bathroom unit and many were pleased at the overall size and quality of these fixtures and fittings.

Check-in seemed to be the absolute biggest negative issue here. From past guest reviews, it appears that the check-in desk for this apartment is actually located half an hour's drive across the city. A number of guests were unhappy with and even inconvenienced by this arrangement, especially as it does not appear to be noted on the apartment's website or literature.

Additionally, a number of guests were annoyed that the nearest parking here appears to be a few kilometres away and does not, at the time of writing, appear to be free.

A number of guests had problems connecting to the Wi-Fi here while others felt that the bathrooms could be a bit cleaner. Finally, quite a few commented that the customer service upon check-in was abrupt, bordering on rude. This last point really rankled with many, especially those who were already much taken aback by the aforementioned check-in process.
